Goodwill Outlets In Colorado

Looking for the best deals of your life? Visit one of the four Goodwill Outlets, also known as Goodwill Bins, in Colorado. Offering clothes, electronics, toys, and more, all priced by the pound, these outlets have become a hotspot for thrifty shoppers, vintage collectors, and re-sellers.

The atmosphere can be highly competitive, with shoppers aggressively digging through piles and occasionally pushing and shoving. Due to this, children under 16 are not allowed in Colorado Goodwill Outlets.

For those interested in re-selling, these outlets are a goldmine, but remember to follow the rules and be courteous. Re-sellers have gained a reputation for being pushy and rude, so strive to build positive relationships with regulars and staff.

Arrive early with gloves and a large shopping bag, as the Goodwill carts can empty quickly. Shoving between competitive shoppers is common, as many rely on this for their livelihood.

If you don’t find anything on your first visit, don’t be discouraged. New bins are rotated daily, and with persistence and luck, you’ll sharpen your thrifting skills and uncover valuable finds. Good luck!

5 stars because I do love dumpster diving and insane deals. THIS IS NOT A REGULAR GOODWILL RETAIL STORE. This place is NOT for the casual Goodwill shopper. This is the last stop before the landfill - of course it’s “gross”. It’s akin to a junk yard. People are ruthless here because you can make a living off of the resale value of the dirt cheap items you can score. I found hundreds of name brand clothes and gear and paid pennies. North Face with new tags, etc. Hard and messy work for high reward. I’m glad they don’t allow kids here, it’s not a safe environment for little ones AT ALL: warehouse environment, broken glass/plastic/wood, exposed wires, people moving around quickly and with large items - kids become a liability, no B.S there. Leave your kiddos at home, bring some heavy duty gloves and be prepared for a scavenger hunt.

I was told I had to leave the store today as I had my infant strapped to my chest because she wasn’t 16 and due to COVID-19 they are not allowing children in the store. How selfish and disgusting! Parents today are struggling to provide for their children and families, yet I am made to leave a store because I have an infant. I have no where else for her to go. I have never been so disgusted in my life. Discriminating against me because of my child should be illegal, as most discrimination is. Goodwill should be so very ashamed of themselves!!!!!

Don't come here expecting a regular thrift store. This is extra donations and unsold inventory from goodwill that is purchased by the pound. Most people here are resellers taking advantage of the great price. Bring your own bags and don't be afraid to get a little dirty!

16 and over but no signs in the front. Just announce to the whole building. Thats okay everything looks unorganized. Thanks for nothing. I will not come back when I am 16.

I have had no bad experiences here supply wise. But each time I’ve had a run in with the employees they are extremely rude and standoffish. This one guy at the register around 5pm on June 6th at the Denver location rubbed me so wrong I have decided to leave a review. The man is between 5’5-5’9. He had short blonde hair spiked up at a 45 degree angle. There was so much gel the spikes looked like weapons lol. Had a higher pitched voice and attitude was dripping from each word he said. Unfortunately only one register was open. I asked him a question(I’m new to the area) and he snapped on me so nastily and unnecessarily.

This location refuses to serve anyone that has childern under 8. As a mother with one of my two kids having disabilities that require constant care, this is extremely discouraging. I use goodwill as a way to make ends meet on items that I need in my house. After being told I can not shop at this location because I had kids with me, I am likely never going to use a good will again . The building had no sign of this and informed me as I walked in that they don't allow kids in. How disrespectful and embarrassing this was. This is absolute discrimination against single parents, people with children and people who has kids that are disabled.

I don't have any more photos of the place since I didn't even have time to take them, they have a lot of things, it's really convenient to go and everything at a super price, they put things in those blue containers and from time to time they fill them up, I recommend you bring your bags or something to store everything you grab they have marked lines and when they take the containers to fill you have to be behind the lines until they tell you that you can grab them because everyone is already running. - wear gloves so you don't touch things because there are many - bring bags or containers to store everything you grab

Car was broken into and vandalized in their parking lot. They have No cameras on front of there building but maverick has cameras so there's still footage of the parking lot.Facility is like most. Run down and nasty but workers and always working hard. Mainly leaving a review so people know the parking lots are not a safe place for anything. Just a nice car not even anything valuable inside.

If you have never been to an outlet it is quite an experience.you are charged by weight. they bring out wheeled tables of merchandise you can't shop until they tell you to.then it's a arm flinging digging experience. Some stuff is new still in the package. You won't wanna go to a regular goodwill again!!

First time there..lots of regulars. Early not as many peeps. It's hot and do it on a day you have plenty of time and energy..You'll need it!! Couldn't come close to getting through the line for electronic stuff. It gets grabbed by the regulars. But I still found some good stuff! Familiarize yourself with the pricing and shop accordingly! Like kitchen stuff is in one category ,medical equipment, plastic like hampers, linens, clothing housewares and others possibly.I was so stupid I paid 5 dollars for one plastic Starbucks tumbler!! If your green you pay..LOL So goes by the lb..with 5.00 whether it weighs the entire allotment or not..I will be paying attention next trip out!! I felt like I was a bottom feeder scavenging ...and so was everyone else!! But happy with my morsels. You gotta be willing to dig through dirty stuff..oh and watch out for broken glass its rampant!!!

They don’t allow kids under 16? I think that’s ageism right? I won’t be supporting goodwill ever again nor be donating anything to this establishment.

The negative reviews for this place are funny to me. I have kids, I wouldn't ever think to bring them here. They don't let kids in for a reason, it's just not that place. Go to the regular goodwill if you want to let your kids roam around unattended while you shop. It's pretty fast paced and exciting at the bins and not to mention cheaper. Those that go here knowing what to expect love this place. Do a little research before you come in and then get turned off and leave a bad review.

If you are willing to sacrifice the comfort of a traditional retail/thrift store for dirt cheap prices and interesting finds, plus entertainment, come here. You will also forgo the cleanliness and generally safe feeling of other stores. Staff are generally tired and unhelpful at best, and yelling fed-up monsters at their worst. The store itself is a pig-pen, frequented by recently stoned deal-seekers and Mexican citizens who fill large vans with goods to pawn for profit south of the border. Don't let that discourage you, as long as you are aware of your surroundings (there has never been an altercation or dangerous situation while I have been there). I have found a few dozen items that I purchased for probably 1/10 (at the most) of their actual value (though most are somewhat used). TIP: grab items that interest you, and then CLOSELY inspect them in a calmer area of the store. 1/2 of the stuff you find is not worth it, avoid the impulse buy.

I love this place so much you can almost find me here everyday. You can get some really great deals here as long as you don't mind getting your hands dirty and digging through some junk. You get the rush of hunting and finding some real gems here. I will never go to a retail Goodwill again because there are outlets like this. Sometimes the customers can be crazy when they bring out the new bins so I often wait until they scatter before I go through the new bins.

Here is how it works, most everything that comes through here is unsold stuff from Goodwill. As mentioned above, roughly every 30 minutes a group of large wheeled carts/totes will come out. The rules are simple, wait for all of them to come out, stand in line and wait until the workers say shop. Once that happens it's like a civil version (mostly) of Black Friday, you get in and get whatever you have your eye on. Items that are really good will have people make a claim on them and they flip for it. I've never had people fight me for stuff, a few people that don't know personal space and a large group of people that coordinate how to get the most out of every haul, but short of that I almost always get something cool.

If I could I would give a zero stars. We were rudely informed that kids aren’t welcomed here. I told my husband I would wait right outside with our kids but the employee was really rude and said I can’t. Just a heads up people with kids don’t go there.

I love this spot. Dont think ill ever hit the Arc up ever again. Bought 7 pairs of lightly used carhartt pant and 2 thermal long sleeves for 18 bucks.. Idk where else that goes down at!! I shop here every day and I won't go anywhere is.. There's nothing better than what I call FULL CONTACT SHOPPING!!! The employees are fantastic. The other shoppers have turned into good friends and some I'd consider very close.. it's the greatest place to find some in of the best deals to flip.. I love this place and that's all I hat can be said.. keep on bringing out them boats!!!

I like to go here to look for treasure, however last time three male employees were aggressively looking me up and down and making comments and gestures to each other about me. I understand people check others out but it was really uncomfortable. It felt VERY aggressive. I think a lot of people reading this know what I mean when I say aggressive… I’ve felt on edge when returning and don’t know if I’ll go back sense it’s happened more then once. It’s honestly very unprofessional. No matter what job you have or how long you plan to work somewhere you should treat it like your career and be professional.
