Literally came here in the evening and found a lot of designer things. IT IS CHARGED BY THE POUND. Know what to expect. #1 huge blue bins that you must dig through. If you are particular, do not come here. #2 If you are into reselling, you might want to make this a whole day event. #3 If you get tired easily, you will need caffeine to keep going. #4 the shoes are rarely together, you will be lucky to find a matching pair. #5 If you have kids and you aren't trying to go broke..come here. #6 You pile everything into your own shopping cart and they put the entire cart on a scale and subtract the weight of the cart. #7 You can find amazing vintage things here. The selection of books can be very very interesting. #8 be nice to the employees there because they deserve it.

Going to the outlet store is always an experience. It's best to remember to prep beforehand-- have gloves, possible spray bottle of 91% alcohol to neutralize any and all hitchhikers, and a relaxed outlook. I seem to have the best time when I wander with a sharp eye scanning all the nearby rolling table/bins not sure what I'm looking for. Then the surprise find really is a treasure

The customers who shop at this store are abusive towards other shoppers. I was aggressively shoved by a customer when trying to look through a new bin. Management couldn’t care less and allows these customer to behave like rabid animals

All in all it is one of my favorite thrift stores. I have scored some very unique items by being at the right place at the right time. But, there has been times when I have went in just before closing and found some very cool items. Soo, it's like I have said to others it is hit and miss a good percentage of the time.

They keep the place clean and the customers and staff seem to be friendly. Found some good stuff. They now allow children inside but they stay in the basket. The basket cannot be taken out the door so you have to carry purchases to your car. Plenty of parking. Can get fairly warm inside; especially when you are masked (now required again). Enjoy.

I really like this place excellent place to find treasures. However I hate how the resellers just hang out in the parking lot all day long. They are the first ones on the list for new items and none of them practice social distancing. I feel like they should limit the amount of times someone gets put on that list to 2x a day.

If you are practicing minimalism, well good luck, lol..you will always find an item or two at this location. I bring my teeny bopper to this location, let her roam free in the clothing section, as she is practicing the 3 "R's"...recycle, reuse, renew. I taught her this "trend" long before it was popular, so she always comes home with a few choice items from this location. The clothes are displayed for ideas and hung to shop "easy". The staff here are wonderful and helpful. Some I recognized have been here years, so it must be a great place to work at! Contribute to the growing trend of giving back, Goodwill is awesome!

Awesome staff , great deals, very clean, never disappoints. Its no longer $1per lbs. I believe its $1 per item now which is still a great deal. Great place to find bedding for sure. You can find new sheet sets there often for only $1 that would cost over $200 in the store. Always new stuff every 30min or so. Sometimes the crowd of regulars are pushy and annoying and they tend to horde a lot of stuff then toss it back later but you get kinda used to it. (not much else you can do) but the people that work there have worked there a long time and are always happy to see you and welcoming. The employees there are reason enough for a 5star rating. Can't say enough good stuff about this spot and their staff.

Keep in mind this is not your typical GW, people here are serious about finding treasures they can resell or use themselves. If you grab it is yours, if you leave it is someone else's. Auctions and electronics store. Different discounts during the week, no student or senior discounts at this location. Cheaper than regular Goodwill shops, but have to look harder to find stuff. If your looking for mostly electronics and accessories, this is the place. Lost power cables, laptop power cable, speaker blew out, lost remote, etc? You probably can find it here. So far I've bought Yamaha HDMI receiver, dvd remotes, blu ray players, cox cable modems, sound bars, wine fridge, misc. cables and even a stock stereo for my van. No complains. There is NO clearance center here selling "furniture, family apparel, linens, accessories and select household items." There is only the electronics store, and auctions. The electronics store was okay (hence two stars instead of one), plenty of cheap computers and some of the more common video game consoles, but they were all in extremely rough shape. Much worse than I'm used to seeing in Goodwills in other counties

Says Goodwill Outlet now open but is not an outlet. It’s an auction and electronics center. I came to donate items here and then realized they also had a store inside the wearhouse where you can buy items at cheap prices. The store in the wearhouse is smaller than I thought it would be, but it is stocked FULL of amazing items at great deals! I bought a sweater for 50 cents! Most of the clothes are under 5 dollars, and they also sell furniture, dishware, kids toys, electronics, and 85-90% clothing. This is a great place to come if you are needing something but struggling financially, as well as just a cool place to shop if you enjoy shopping. Enjoy!

I've been twice now and it was amazing. You will find books, electronics, clothes, toys, furniture and general merchandise. If you don't like to get your hands dirty to treasure hunt this place is not for you. I loved it! I'm compulsive enough to enjoy digging through a ton of absolute garbage to find my treasures. Everything but the furniture is laid out on piled up tables. It reminds me of the dump without without the smell. Lots of people, screaming children, and feeding frenzies when they bring out a new table. It's insane, people will open a game or a puzzle and toss it to the four winds. It is insane and a total mess and like I said, I loved it.

UPDATED HOURS & PRICES The current process is each person/group gets 2 min per bin and a beeping sound tells you when the 2 mins are over. There's about 12-14 bins to go through. At the end you can go back to any of the bins too. I'd recommend bringing someone else bc it's too hard to go through a bin in 2 mins by yourself. Also I recommend bringing gloves and your own bags since they don't provide any. They change out the bins after every group, so you'll get new stuff too! The whole process takes about an hour so be prepared to wait. Some people bring chairs. The people who work there are they're doing the best they can.

Went back for a 2nd time and learned more: The only way this works out is if you bring someone to sit in the line for you all day. The entry process is wait in line as they replenish the clothing bins inside, then they let a certain amount of people in (if you don’t make the cut, you wait another 40-60 min in line) eventually and hopefully you get in but I did see people turned away after waiting a long time. The reason to bring someone is so when you get in, once that round is over and everyone is kicked back out, you just jump back in line with your person (who is likely at the front).

This is an update. I was not sure if this place was open or permanently closed. It is open. They moved everything outside so you have to enter through the gates on the side of the building. It looks like they are closed from the parking lot in front of the building. And there are no signs saying that they moved the entrance to the side of the building. I was disappointed to learn that everything is $1.50 an item after spending an hour digging and collecting my items. I did find one thing that made it worth my time. So it still is a great place. Hopefully they will go back to selling by the pound not by item.

As an avid lover of the bins, don’t waste your time. As of August 2022, they only have been sales outdoors, and it’s very limited. This place charges $1.50 per item, and they only sell clothes in the bins. If you want to buy books or electronics or anything else you have to buy it by the box and I’m not sure how much it is but it’s too much. I also had to wait in the very dirty and shady office for 15 minutes to pay for my items because for some reason they couldn’t open the cash register for my three items that I was purchasing.

This is an OUTLET store, meaning that anything the Retail Goodwill stores don't carry will show up here. Everything is brought out in large trays and the customers have to wait till all the trays are set out before they can rummage through them. This happens several times a day, so the excitement is high. You may find trash or treasure, anything from clothes to jewelry, furniture to crafting supplies. Items are weighted and priced by weight except for the heavier items which are priced individually or by a formula that is posted. This is not children friendly, as they will have to stay in a cart, and it is very difficult to move the cart in and out of the trays.

First time I've been there since the pandemic began. You can find good buys if you're lucky to get a chance with all the vultures. Many of the clothes in the bins are actually in great shape! Lots of good quality baby clothes too. This is a great place to come to give back to your community by taking some items home, throwing them in for a quick wash, and donating them to your local homeless shelter. This also helps the environment - these items are donated to people in need instead of sitting it a landfill after they are sent off from Goodwill Outlet. Overall, the staff and customers were very friendly and polite. I avoided the new bins because people swarm them like a Black Friday sale. The clothes were $1.54 per pound!

Good prices, but they really need to hire security. Just being here for 30 minutes I witnessed a guy stuffing massive amounts of stuff into his bag and going to the bathroom, a family taking scissors and cutting random items in the bins, and a guy shooting up in the bathroom with the door half open. Whole store reeks of urine and desperately needs to be cleaned. You expect the bins and the items in them to be somewhat unsanitary, but this is something else. You don’t want to touch half the stuff here. I felt very unsafe and gross being here.

Intresting place, you really have to dig around to find some treasure. The staff is nice and does their best to coordinate the bins and bring new things out. Fellow thrifters can get a bit wild when a new bin is rolled out and they all jump on it. Center bins are full of random clothes, all shapes , sizes , color, condition. Book bins are to the side as well as shoes. Furniture in the back and household randomness to the left of the store. It takes a bit of time and sorting but I can usually find somethings I am happy with.

This particular Goodwill is a mixed bag of good and bad. The regular side is clean, organized, and about the same as any other store with friendly associates. The outlet side is beyond crazy, people storm bins coming out and start throwing things at each other and into other bins. Some customers drop and throw glass objects in every direction and laugh about it when they break. You take your chances with the off chance of finding something that is mostly paid by weight and up to the checkout clerk. The parking is a joke because the building is shared with their warehouse and the spots are narrow and all the spots closest to the store entrances are mostly filled with employees. I don't understand why they can't park near the 100 spaces near the donation entrance. Why can't they enforce a peaceful shopping experience and kick rowdy people out? I've watched them jump people when it comes to masks though...

There a goodwill outlet next door to this location. Today was a slow push day and I was waiting for new bins. I notice about five people waiting out the outlet bins with full carts and bags of stuff without paying. The line was very long and allot of them are regulars there and just wait out the door. Those people need to be banned and a registered moved closer to the doors. It was sad to see these regulars do this and this can’t be the first time they have done this. One of them walk back into the store after loading his car. Wearing a back and orange SF giant’s hat and jacket. Little Asian dude always there. Prosecutes these people for stealing.

The good will store is large not bad prices. The outlet is smaller then the one on Madison avenue with low ceilings that make you feel claustrophobic prices are the same at both outlets. Parking is also very limited.

I must say that though you can sometimes find great items here (books, DVDs, shoes, bedding, clothing, etc) there are certain shoppers that pretty much ruin the experience. There is a group of males (mid 20s) that take over and seem to feel that they “own” this place. I have complained to the manager because one day this one guy w/ very long hair pulled something out in front of my face and almost hit me in the face, I called him out and he laughed, did not apologize or anything. not to mention, extremely inappropriate conversations at high volume! I don’t go as much as I used to because I find myself getting hit but rude people pulling items, or not finding anything. Also, beware of some of the tellers, there are some ladies that won’t give you all your cash back. Make sure they count it before you leave the register They do have some nice employees that are kind and helpful though.
